Welding shop
Our welding services offer a complete, independent on-site monitoring and maintenance service including welding and assembly of dump bodies as well as welding of worn out and cracked parts of components. Expanding our operations, we commissioning a service facility in Khanbogd soum, Umnugovi province in 2022.
At Transwest Mongolia, we have a 40 foot self-sufficient and fully equipped welding shipping container as well as a fully equipped welding truck with all tools to get the job done in any environment. All equipment and labor are available on call 24 hours.

Machine Shop
Our machine shop is equipped with lathe, milling, pedestal drilling, horizontal boring, router, a 100-ton H-beam press, along with a 500-ton vertical press. The horizontal boring machine features a table weight of 10 tons and a directional travel of 2000 mm. The following machines are used to rebuild worn out parts or components with cylindrical surfaces.

Line Boring
We offer a complete, independent on-site self-sufficient and fully equipped line boring 20 foot container with a Climax line boring machine with outstanding quality and design. It is one of the most popular line boring machines worldwide.
To complement the line boring unit, this service also includes automated ID welding to greatly reduce repair times. Our line boring has an extensive range of boring bars and mounting bearings that enables us to fully set up and complete any type of line boring on any mobile and fixed plant equipment. Internal welding capability up to 1000 mm in diameter and machining capabilities up to 600 mm in diameter.
