We are happy to share the first graduation of our apprentices program at TM has happened in July. At a glance back, when we were starting the "Heavy Machinery" competency-based 2 years program with 2 Mechanical, 1 Welder, and 1 Electrical Apprentices on July 17, 2017 who are newly graduated their college; today as time flies, they have successfully completed this program after long journey.
TM, we celebrated their success all together and appointed them as permanent employee.
On behalf of all the employees at Transwest Mongolia, thanks for the Technical Trainers, Advisors, Supervisors, and colleagues in UB Service Department whose endless and patient supports shape them for the past two years.
